OUR SKIN CLINIC IN PEMBROKESHIRE
The garden clinic is the perfect place for my clients to take a breath. It’s a private and serene space stocked with some of the highest standard equipment and products. I have limited availability and only see client’s one-to-one so that there’s no rushing. After all, this isn’t just a skin clinic - here we’ll be uncovering what’s happening beneath the surface so that we can treat the skin alongside your mind and body.
FIRST MEETING
During your consultation we really chat through all of the different factors that may be impacting your skin. This includes your current skincare and lifestyle, insights into your stress levels and your typical diet.
THE SKINCARE
You’ll be recommended a customised full skincare routine including my high grade products as well as a treatment plan. This will cover all bases to ensure we’re treating the external symptoms of your skin concern.
THE MIND & BODY CARE
We will discuss changes to your lifestyle and diet, as well as recommend supplements that can help to balance hormones and provide missing nutrients. All of these suggestions will massively contribute to your skin health - but they do require dedication!
